Roof Inspections/Rooftop Due Diligence

RMGs detailed Roof Inspection Reports contain valuable information regarding the buildings' existing roof system and its rooftop components. RMGs reports are used in acquisitions and the refinancing of commercial and industrial buildings as well as for general budgeting purposes. RMGs reports are used by engineering and architectural firms, individual building owners and their representatives, real estate development firms, property management companies, REITs, retirement funds, hospitals/medical centers, restaurants, school districts, city, county and state agencies and storage and sporting facilities and more. RMG inspects and compiles roof and component data which is then presented in an indexed report which describes each roof item in detail. •  Overall condition (P/F/G/E)
  •  Obtained historical data
